There has been a very well attended South West Court of Protection User Group for a number of years, so it was not a difficult decision for the group to vote to adopt the CoPPA Constitution. A committee was appointed in Autumn 2015 and we have been meeting regularly to set up the foundations of what is shaping up to be a really busy, hard-working and exciting regional organisation.

We work closely with HHJ Marston, the Lead Court of Protection Judge for the South West Region, and share updates from him and the court with our members on a regular basis. We have our own LinkedIn page and are happy to answer questions from our members, and provide support and guidance to anyone working with, or in the Court of Protection in our region.
