We are pleased to announce that CoPPA has been working with a cross-party group of representatives including the Law Society, STEP, PDF and SFE to clarify the judgement in Re ACC.
HHJ Hilder has reviewed the guidance and is happy for the attachments to be circulated. She commented that she is "very pleased to see the various professional organisations working together to help practitioners make any necessary adjustments."
